If you think you can drive, then you have no idea about driving because KNOW IS DO. It is impossible to learn how to drive over internet. I offer a free guide how did I achieve it and then it is only up to you.
Steps I followed:
- it is mental game and you are the weakest point – know yourself and only then you beat others
- climbing and bikes taught me about balance – handling car is all about balance
- driving beyond limits is all about sensing what each wheel does and what is slip angle of each wheel
- balanced car is predictable car
- smooth and steady = fast and boring
- I spent many hours go karting – twin-karts was my last step
- karting is the best and cheapest way to learn about balance and wheel behaviour
- watching hours of onboard cameras from masters as McRae – observe and absorb
- I followed Ross Bentley intensively despite he does just circuit racing but he can explain anything about racing cars on the limit and beyond
- PRACTICE MAKES MASTER – you don’t need to break rules in order to learn driving !!!
- Every time I drive I practice the quickest lines, how to balance car – humans are robots that repeat, if there is nothing to repeat it is just a wishful thinking
- fastest way would be to find a local master and observe/absorb
- if you talk, you cannot hear and learn – most talk too much and never learn !!!
Risks
- your annoyingly, highly skilled driving brings you popularity on roads even if you don’t break the limits – you will be enemy of state #1, especially for drivers with weak seats and strong cars
- you will enter Valhalla prematurely if you start to think again
- car costs and maintenance increase astronomically – I wear tires in about 5,000-13,000km (each set of tires costs around 500€). It will cost you fortune because you soon realise that factory designed cars are not for performance driving – deadly comfort what you buy and drive.
- if other drivers flashing lights on you or sound the horn – you are either Kamikaze tuner or race driver – NEVER CONFUSE RETARDATION WITH SKILLS.
Background noise
Ever since I could walk, I’ve discovered my special passion about entering Valhalla with honour because if you don’t risk, you don’t live. I am always more “scared” about dying without any fun or knowledge rather than dying by my poor judgement.
My journey started at about age of ten – my uncle and father took me for a free/forced “solo” climb. That’s where all started when you find out your are the sole limit of your boring existence/experience in nature.
Climbing taught me self-control, discipline and you are the whole limit. Sadly, I was born with balls smaller than brain so it was/is difficult to unlock max. Valhalla mode.
I was born in broken country and we could race only bikes. I had a passion for speed…it just steadily increases over years with various things with wheels. MTB DH (downhill) career taught about balance and lines.
