Rally Experience at Knockhill, Scotland

My teacher Greg from Kartstart suggested that I should try a Rally Experience at Knockhill circuit back in Scotland.

Funny story, my instructor was taught by Greg as well – he was involved in circuit racing. Greg told me that I should try only Rally because anything else is not worthy for my advanced level of driving.

We had fun but he won’t let me to shift gears in Subaru Impreza WRX Group N tune – we should keep in only second gear….insurance conflict ROFL

Of course I paid for onboard camera – I wanted some sort of data acquisition record for later analysis.

I wanted to compare my skills with pro drivers – I paid for Rally Hot Lap with ex-pro rally driver. We had fun, he didn’t want to lend me his car though 😀 We did chat after ride and end up resolving his issues with his mountain bike just because I mentioned my ex-MTB downhill career. Of course, I came late for debriefing but they gave me a Driver of the Day cup anyway 😀

If you want to learn something and have fun, I recommend to give it a shot!
